Thomas Koslowski is a mixed-media artist currently pursuing a BFA in Jewelry Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design, with an expected graduation in 2028. Working primarily with mixed metals, Thomas handcrafts each piece with a dedication to material exploration, craftsmanship, and narrative depth. His interdisciplinary practice spans drawing, painting, photography, and other mediums, allowing him to approach his work with a broad creative perspective.
Inspired by the natural world, Thomas often centers animals in his work as symbols of resilience, beauty, and connection. His passion for environmental protection also informs his practice, leading him to incorporate recycled materials and sustainable methods throughout his designs.
Thomas has been creating art since childhood, beginning formal training at age twelve under the guidance of a personal mentor. Throughout high school, he expanded his skills through advanced art courses and an internship with the school’s art department. He has produced custom pieces for local clients and engaged with his community by selling his work in local venues.
Through thoughtful craftsmanship and a commitment to both artistic expression and environmental consciousness, Thomas continues to shape a body of work that is expressive, intentional, and deeply personal.
